Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item that I have ordered and/or received but no longer require?
Here at we pride ourselves on excellent customer care.
If you have ordered and/or received an item that you no longer require or wish to exchange, you can cancel your order/return the item back to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange if eligible under the terms and conditions of the return policy (available on request).

What happens if the packaging on my item is ripped or torn when it arrives?
If the packaging that your item is wrapped in appears to be damaged in any way, such as ripped/torn or squashed, you must add a note to the courier’s paperwork when signing for your item to state that the item is “DAMAGED”.  If your item is damaged once you have un-packaged it, you will need to inform within a reasonable time period, usually deemed to be within 24 hours of receipt of the goods via the “CONTACT US” page on our website. We strongly advise our customers to also take a photograph of the damaged packaging and include this with your correspondence to us as we cannot process any damages without photographic evidence. If the packaging that your item arrived in was damaged but the item inside the packaging was OK, you do not need to inform of this.
The packaging that my item arrived in was intact but once I opened my item it was damaged, what do I do now?
You must first take a photograph of the damaged part of your item and send it to us with a clear description of the damage via the “CONTACT US” page on our website.  We are unable to process any damaged item claims without photographic evidence. Upon receipt of your photograph(s) and damage description we will asses if we need to send a replacement part to you or replace the item in full.  If a replacement is required we will arrange collection of the damaged goods on a day that is convenient for you (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that on the day of collection, you will need someone to be available to sign the paperwork provided by the courier.

What do I do about packaging my item back up for the return?
Please ensure that when your order arrives, that you keep all the protective packaging that the item(s) have arrived in [including the corner protector’s, if applicable]. As in the unlikely event that you would need to return the item, it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the item(s) are returned in their Original Packaging. If you have disposed of the original packaging it is then the customers’ responsibility to re package the item using the exact same or better standard of packaging, please contact Cheaper2buyonline if you require any advice regarding packaging. Please note that no UK courier will collect an item for return if it is not sufficiently and securely packaged which may cause the customer an avoidable inconvenience and possible refused collection charge.
What if I have assembled my item that arrived flat packed?
Please note that regrettable we are unable to accept returns once your item(s) have been assembled. Please inspect all parts of your item for damage prior to assembly.
